BOOKING  TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL

1.a. A binding contract between the owner and the holiday maker will be entered into on paying the deposit.

1.b. No booking can be confirmed until the deposit, of £150/£250, is received by the owner, if this is not received by the due date then the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking, in which case the deposit is forfeited.

1.c. If for any reason the owner cannot confirm the booking then the deposit will be returned in full.

1.d. All payments should be made by cheque/cash or bank transfer and will be charged to the holiday maker before the end of the holiday.

HOLIDAY MAKERS RESPONSIBILITIES;

2.a. All the properties are used as holiday accommodation and are therefore exempt from security of tenure under the rent act.

2.b. The owners do not ask for a damage deposit, but holiday makers will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property during their stay.

2.c. All equipment, utensils, etc, must be left clean and tidy at the end of the holiday period. In the unfortunate event of damage or breakage, the owner should be notified. All damages and breakages are the legal responsibility of the holiday maker and replacement cost will be payable on demand.

2.d. The Holiday maker is expected to leave the holiday accommodation in the same state of cleanliness, general repair and order in which it was found.

2.e. PETS The Holiday maker is expected not to leave pets alone in the apartment.

SERVICES;

3. All electricity, heat, and rates, taxes etc are covered by the rent paid.

PARTY SIZE;

4.a. The number of persons using the holiday accommodation shall not exceed the maximum number stated in the booking.

4.b. Sub-letting, sharing or assignment is not permitted.

LEGAL;

5. The owner cannot accept any liability for happenings outside his control, such as the breakdown of domestic appliances, plumbing, wiring, temporary infestation of pests, damage resulting from exceptional weather conditions.
